LifeTree Health Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries (collectively and individually referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” as the context permits) own, operate and control various websites (including this website and Facebook pages) (the “Site") whereby we provide online access to information about us, and our products, services and opportunities we provide, and access to and use of our services (including web) (singly or collectively, the “Service”). 

By accessing and using the Site and/or Service, you accept and agree to be legally bound by each of the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms of Use”), which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Site and/or Service, without limitation or qualification and acknowledge that any other agreements that you may have with us are superseded by these Terms of Use, to the extent if any conflict exists. If you do not agree to be legally bound by any of these Terms of Use, please do not access and/or use the Site and/or Service.

We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms of Use at any time and from time to time as we deem appropriate and without giving you any prior notice. Your access and usage of the Site and/or Service following any such modification or change constitutes your agreement to abide and be legally bound by the Terms of Use as so modified or changed. Apart from your personal data (which is addressed in the Privacy Policy), any communication or material you send to the Site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non- proprietary. User Submissions

We do not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you via the Site. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia. Each party accessing this Site hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia and waives any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Any failure by us to enforce any of our rights under these Terms of Use or applicable laws shall not constitute a waiver of such right. If any provisions of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you, us and the court shall endeavour to give effect to the intent reflected in that provision and the remaining provision shall retain their full force and effect.

We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time by publishing a notice of change(s) and posting an updated version of the Site and/or providing you notice of amendments when you log into the Site. The change(s) shall take effect on the date of publishing such notice and posting an updated version of these Terms of Use on the Site or when you logging on to the Site, whichever is earlier.

If at any time during the continuance operation of this Site, any provisions, terms, conditions, stipulations, undertakings or covenants of this Site is or becomes invalid, illegal, unenforceable, prohibited or void in any respect, the same shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, unenforceability, prohibition or voidness without invalidating the remaining provisions thereof.
