LifeTree Health Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “LifeGreen”, “we”, “us” or “our”) commit to ensure that the personal data of our valued customers and ALL parties who have dealings with LifeGreen (hereinafter referred to as “data subjects”) are protected. This Privacy Policy describes how LifeGreen collects, uses, maintains, discloses, shares and processes (which means amongst others, collecting, recording, holding or storing) your personal data and information you and the choice that you can make about the way your information is collected, used, maintained, disclosed and shared.

LifeGreen reserves the right to revise and/or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time, the updated version of which shall be posted at LifeGreen website. Unless you contact LifeGreen with regard to the same (contact details are provided at paragraph 8 below), you will be deemed to have accepted the updated version of this Privacy Policy. 1.5 How do we collect your Personal Data

(a) We collect your Personal Data in various ways, including but not limited to:-

(i) when you sign up or use or purchase one of the many products and/or services we provide or when you register an account at our website; and/or

(ii) when you contact us through various method such as emails, letters, application forms and telephone calls. We may monitor or record the phone call for quality assurance, training and security purposes; and/or

(iii) when we obtained any data and information from third party, i.e. legal representatives, regulatory and enforcement agencies, credit reference agencies etc; and/or

2.1 Personal Data is information and/or data that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, national identification card number, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, address (including shipping and billing address), email address, mobile number, photo, income level, payment information (credit card numbers and expiry dates), bank account number, marital status, occupation, financial information etc. When it is necessary, we may collect such other additional personal information from you to facilitate a transaction and/or to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering and/or counter-terrorist financing laws, other regulation and our internal policies. We may collect your sensitive personal data (including personal data related to your physical or mental health, the commission or alleged commission of offences etc) if it is required by another relevant authority to facilitate a transaction through any products, services and/or use of any website provided by us to you. We will only use your sensitive personal data to provide the products and/or services you signed up for.

3. Impact resulting from failure to provide your Personal Data

3.1 Customers, potential customers or recipients of LifeGreen’s products and/or services.

The failure to supply such Personal Data or if such Personal Data provided is not satisfactory to LifeGreen Malaysia will result in us being unable to process your purchase or a third party’s purchase of LifeGreen’s products and/or services (whether online or offline) where you are named as the recipient, and etc.

3.2 Our individual agents, consultants/advisors, vendors, suppliers, service providers, dealers, distributors and employees of our corporate consultants/advisors, vendors, suppliers, service providers, dealers, distributors.

- Processing your purchase or a third party’s purchase of LifeGreen’s products and/or services (whether online or offline) where you are named as the recipient of the same;

- For LifeGreen’s user or customer relationship management procedures to monitor and improve our services;

- marketing of such services or products which may be of interest to you;

5.1 Personal Data provided to LifeGreen will generally be kept confidential but you hereby consent to the processing of your Personal Data by LifeGreen for the purposes set out in paragraph 4 above. LifeGreen may disclose the Personal Data that you have provided to the following categories of parties:-

- any person to whom we are compelled or required to do so under the law or in response to a competent or government agency;

- any related companies of LifeGreen, including those located outside Malaysia and/or those established in the future;

- our business partners and online affiliates that provide related services or products in connection with our business;

- government agencies, statutory authorities and industry regulators;

- our auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers or other financial or professional advisers, credit reporting agencies; and

- our sub-contractors or third party service or product providers as may determine to be necessary or appropriate.

5.2 Personal Data collected may be transferred, stored and processed in any country in which we operate. You are deemed to have agreed to, consented to and authorised us to disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data under the circumstances stated above, without further notification to you.

6. Safeguards

6.1 The Internet is not a secure medium. We cannot accept any responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of your Personal Data, save in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6.2 We have put in place various security procedures, rules and technical measures to protect your Personal Data from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. All of our employees and data processors, who have access to and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your Personal Data.

6.3 While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we make reasonable efforts to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. Personal Data that we collect from you will be stored and backed up securely in a restricted and controlled location.

6.4 We may use third party payment gateway service providers to facilitate electronic transactions, if necessary. You shall take note of the privacy policy prepared by the third-party payment gateway service provider before completing your transaction. In view that the web browser and third-party payment gateway are not within the control of LifeGreen, LifeGreen will not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost and expenses arising from your use of the web browser and/or third-party payment gateway.

7. Data Transfer & Sharing

7.1 Where we consider it necessary or appropriate for the purposes of data storage or processing or providing any service or product on our behalf to you, we may transfer your Personal Data to another related companies of LifeGreen or any of its authorised distributors/dealers, or third party service or product providers within or outside Malaysia that may or may not have similar protections in place regarding your Personal Data and its use as set out in this policy. You hereby consent to such transfer of your Personal Data to a place outside Malaysia.

8. Your Rights of Access and Correction

8.1 You have the right to request access to and correction of Personal Data held by us and in this respect, you may:

1. check whether we hold or use your Personal Data and request access to such data;

2. request that we correct any of your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date;

3. request that your Personal Data is retained by us only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected;

4. request that we specify or explain our policies and procedures in relation to data and types of Personal Data handled by us; and

5. communicate to us your objection to the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes whereupon we will not use your Personal Information for these purposes; and

6. withdraw, in full or in part, your consent given previously, in each case subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and a reasonable time period.

8.2 The person to whom you may make written requests for access to Personal Information or correction and/or deletion of Personal Information or for information regarding policies and procedures and types of Personal Information handled by us is:

8.3 To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections. We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee if you request access to your data.

8.4 Your Personal Data will be stored by us until it is no longer necessary to provide our products and/or services or your account is deleted, whichever is the later. This is a case-by-case determination depending on the nature of the Personal Data and/or the necessary legal compliance by us in accordance with the relevant law applicable to the country of service.
